Can I expedite my shipment?
You can choose any of our
shipping options on the shipment page.We offer anywhere from Next Day to Standard Ground UPS shipping. Shoes
will be shipped from Marietta,
GA zip code: 30067.
If my shoes do not fit, how do I exchange them?
In your package there is an
exchange form.Just fill in the
information and send the shoes back within 30 days to the address on the form.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in the same case and protective bag they came
in.Once we receive your shoes and
determine they are in re-sellable condition, we’ll send you a new pair of the
correct size.
When will I receive my Point and Click Order?
We ship shoes every Monday
for orders through the Point & Click program, with a six pair
minimum. If your gym does not meet the requirement, your order will be
held an additional week. Should you require express shipping, please
email info@athenasattic.com; you are responsible for the expedited shipping
cost.
Do Nfinity shoes run true to size?
We suggest going up about
one half size when purchasing Nfinity Evolution. For the Nfinity Passion, we
recommend ordering true to your street shoe size. For the Nfinity Genesis 2.0,
we recommend ordering down a half size. See www.nfinity.com

Are the shoes sized by men or women’s standards?
Nfinity shoes are sized to a
woman’s standards. For men’s sizing, go up two women’s sizes. For example:
Women’s 10 = Men’s 8 and Women’s 13 = Men’s 11.
How can I clean my Nfinity shoes?
You can wash your Nfinity
Evolutions and Genesis 2.0 on the top rack of the dishwasher, just like you
would wash a hat (no heat!).We advise
you to NOT wash them in a regular washing machine because it is too rough on
the shoes.The best option is using
scotch guard before ever wearing the shoes. The Nfinity Passion is designed to
be machine washable, again no heat and no dry cycle.
Where can I wear my Nfinity shoes?
It depends on the model of
the shoe. The Evolution is specifically created for a competitive surface like
a foam or spring floor.If you wear your
Nfinity Evolutions to school or outside, they will wear much more quickly. The
Nfinity Passion is a hybrid shoe and may be worn both indoors and out.
What does “Processing” mean?
Once your order has been
updated to processing, it means it has been entered into the system for
shipping and cannot be changed at this time.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Contact Athena’s Attic at info@athenasattic.com as soon as
possible after placing your order.Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as
possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is transmitted to the warehouse,
it may be difficult to stop the shipment.
Is it safe to purchase shoes at Athena’s Attic?
Yes.Athena’s Attic is a protected site and your
personal information is safe.
What form of payment does Athena’s Attic accept?
Currently, we only accept
credit and debit payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American

What if my shoes are defective?
Athena’s Attic offers a free
exchange for defective or damaged shoes within 7 days of the date of
delivery. Please email info@athenasattic.comwith your invoice number, name, and
address. We will create an electronic return label for the shoes (sent
through your email) for you to print and send. Please allow 2 weeks to
process your exchange.
