NFINITY LIMITED WARANTY

INTRODUCTION
Thank
you for your Nfinity shoes purchase! Nfinity Products and Services,
Inc. is committed to creating the best possible cheer shoe, whether you
are on the track or on the mat. We stand by our product by offering you
this limited warranty, for only $12.95, available only during the
original time of purchase. If any part of this document is unclear,

WHO IS COVERED?
This
warranty covers the purchaser of these shoes and anyone else who owns
them during the warranty period.  Warranty is valid only in the U.S.A.

WHAT IS COVERED AND HOW LONG?
This
Limited Warranty applies to one pair of shoes. Nfinity Products and
Services, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser Nfinity shoes are
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use,
commencing upon the date of delivery and continuing for the specified
dates:
➢    30-Day Manufacturer’s Guarantee: Covers defects as stated below.
➢    3 Month Coverage: Covers defects, wearing out, or break down of shoe up to 3 months after the date of delivery.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Defects
are considered any obvious mistakes in the process of manufacture. For
the 30-Day Manufacturer’s Guarantee, defective does not include (a)
worn out, wearing out, or dirty shoes; (b) separation of the rubber
from leather, as this is considered normal wear and tear; (c) loose
strings around the base of the shoe; (d) issues of durability; (e)
excessive wear; (f) separation of toe logos on the Evolution. Shoe
cases, unless individually purchased, are considered a free gift and
are not covered under this warranty.  Any alterations or machine wash
of the shoe makes this warranty null and void.

WHAT WE WILL DO
We
will replace your shoes free of charge for any defects as outlined
above, for a period of 30 days, beginning with the receipt of the
product. Only one pair of shoes in the same size and style may be
replaced.  After 30 days, we will replace the shoes for 50% of their
retail value for any defects, wearing out, or breakdown of the shoe,
for a total period of 3 months after delivery.

HOW DO YOU GET REPLACEMENTS?
To
obtain replacement shoes under this Limited Warranty, you must return
your shoes, accompanied by your sales receipt, or comparable proof of
sale, showing the date of purchase, shoe size and style, name, payment
for warranty, and address. You are responsible for shipping charges to
our return facility. Athena's Attic will cover return shipping charges,
unless expedited shipping is required. For assistance on where to

TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE
ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND
CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NFINITY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF NFINITY CANNOT LAWFULLY
DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, ALL
SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS
DETERMINED BY NFINITY IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. No Nfinity reseller,
agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension,
or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or
unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms
shall not be affected or impaired.
